St. James City at a glance

St. James City is a community of 3,876 people (2020) occupying the southern half of Pine Island, bordered by San Carlos Bay, Pine Island Sound and Matlacha Pass. By road it's about 17 miles to the middle of Cape Coral.

What that means for your roof
